I managed to ID the drifts of pink flowers carpeting the gravel parking area behind my house. Once I realized that since it resembled clover, it might actually BE a clover, it wasn't that difficult. There are only around 300 species of clover, or Trifolium. This one happens to be Trifolium Arvense, aka Rabbit's Foot Clover, Hare's Foot Clover, Stone Clover, etc. etc.

Nice photo! I like clover - it's pretty stuff, and good for the soil, too. And I like the labels, improperly used. They add depth and texture, a little mystery...
